I & L Investments is a real estate management and brokerage firm, created and owned by CEO & Founder Ilan Gorodezki. I & L Investments buys land and obtains entitlement and permits for all its projects. I & L Investments provides a one-stop-shop for all real estate needs for the properties within its portfolio, including: conceptual design and architecture, real estate development, interior design, management, in-house entitlement, and more. The company also specializes in toxic assets and repossession, often taking properties that were once “doomed to fail” and turning them into successful flourishing projects. Ilan specializes in the development of new construction, transforming underperforming assets into fully operational and profitable businesses. He infuses his expertise in development and repossession, combined with his eye for design, into every I & L investment property.
Through the purchase of bank notes, Ilan acquired non-performing and dilapidated properties including medical buildings, shopping centers, and hotels, and successfully transformed them into thriving and operational entities, while also regenerating the neighborhood for its residents.
Ilan operates I & L Investments through a philosophy of seeing every challenge as an opportunity. Ilan’s goal in every endeavor is to add value, which is apparent in I & L Investments’ operational strategy and success rate. Today, I & L Investments’ two pronged- strategy is focused on 1) buying poor-performing properties and turning them into successful and thriving assets and 2) developing new buildings and projects. Ilan has grown I & L Investments to be among the most prominent real estate investment firms in Beverly Hills. I & L Investments is internally funded and does not use any outside capital, however works with various partners on specific deals for certain opportunities.
I & L Investments manages and owns assets from California to Nevada, including hotels, commercial, and residential real estate. Ilan also owns and develops over 8 acres on Las Vegas Blvd and is planning to develop the parcels and build 900 units. Through I & L Investments, Ilan continues to purchase commercial, residential, and multi-family properties throughout the United States.
